Balanced Home Solutions is the brainchild of Brandy Gagnon. She loves people, and is focused on creating a positive impact in their everyday lives. Brandy created Balanced Home Solutions to help others by creating lasting changes and transformations that her clients can be proud of.

With 6 years experience in the customer service field, 2 years experience in the construction and home finishing industry, and 4+ years working as an administrative professional, Brandy is well-trained and ready to take on any organizational challenge, along with the many emotions that may arise during transitions.
Lisa Young
Head of Marketing
With 10 years of customer service experience; 5 years of inventory management, 3 years of LEAN initiative (current yellow belt), 1 year of retail experience, and 4 years of retail experience, Lisa is perfectly positioned to coordinate and manage project planning and client care. She welcomes the opportunity to make each client’s experience exceptional.
